The Concession Golf Club
The developers of The Concession have formalized a roster of builders to construct a second home push in this upscale golf course community east of Lakewood Ranch. 
At The Concession, the community’s golf course and clubhouse remain the primary draw. But thanks to new signs of life in Sarasota’s high end real estate segment, confidence is high that the new 113 home sight Phase II will sell out “within three years” said Kevin Daves, Concession’s developer. “We are looking at doing some pretty substantial houses. I think it will go that quickly”.
The builders retained for Phase II are Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Holiday Group,John Cannon Homes Inc., John Neal Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes. Each builder will construct a model near the front entrance of Concessions Phase II. Most of these homes will have 2,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet of living space, with models selling from $750,000 up to several million dollars. Most will be custom built to contract buyers.
