Everyone loves Pineapple Square’s vision for downtown Sarasota including the City Commissioners who last night approved the changes to the project.
The changes means 300 parking spaces in a Downtown Parking garage and a Hotel instead of condominiums for the project. This second phase runs along State Street and Pineapple in Downtown Sarasota.
Pineapple Square’s first phase located at Main St and Lemon presently consists of Sur le Table, Brooks Brothers, Sarasota Ballet, Hyde Park Steak House, Pastry Art and coming soon { January } Eileen Fischer.
