Once upon a time the land adjacent to the Alinari was planned for townhomes. Since the real estate downturn the land has sat empty. Well it is now in the Condominium Association’s control. Alinari condo owners finally agreed to purchase the adjacent 54,000 sq. ft. vacant lot.
