Pineapple Square Development

Isaac Group Holdings CEO John Simom notes that his company’s Pineapple Square project is going ahead with it’s retail plans despite the downturn in the housing market.

Maybe he believes in “Build it and they will come “
Once people actually see it instead of hearing about it or have to rely on
architectural renderings they will see how great this development is going to be for Downtown Sarasota.

Simon says, ” We have all of the necessary approvals from the city which is significant in attracting retailers to the area “

Pinapple Square will be located just south of Main street between State St., Lemon Ave. and Pineapple Ave.
