Purchasing Process

1. Pick your floor plan – 37 different layouts to choose from.
2. Write the contract with me.
3. Take 15 days to examine the contract and the condo Documents.
4. A 10% deposit is required with executed contract.
5. Your initial 10 % deposit earns interest. It is held in Escrow by Parker/Williams Law offices.
6. You won’t be asked for further deposits until we begin construction.
7. Expected start of Construction is late 2009 or early 2010. We ask for a second 10% then.
8. Now you have 6 months to choose all the finishes in your Condo.
9. Expected completion is 2012.
10. You move in.
