Michael Saunders announces another Sarasota bay front luxury development – The Grande – An 18-story luxury condominium with 86 residences next to the Ritz-Carlton hotel.
Prices for 3 and 4-bedroom units, including penthouses start at $2 million and go up to $5 million. They plan to break ground in 2017.
Residents will have access to Ritz in-home dining and use of the restaurants, salon and spa at the hotel.
