The Founders Club now has 50% of their 262 single family lots spoken for.
This represents a significant milestone as the subdivision broke ground right before the Great Recession 7 years ago.
Some 23 new homes were either under construction or completed last year.
As a former member, I can attest to the fact that this Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course is magnificent.
But the poor residential timing of the 700 acre community always held back the golf membership.
To the club’s credit, they never allowed the course to deteriorate, nor the elegant clubhouse.
They weathered the storm, and now demand is once again rising for homes in this upscale community.
In addition to golf, The Founders Club offers two Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball
courts and a picnic pavilion.
